Ameya Karambe is an accomplished HR leader with a unique combination of people and business skills. He holds a Masters in Human Resources and a Post-Graduate Certification from XLRI-Jamshedpur in Human Resource Management. Ameya's career track began in 2007 when he joined Hostway Corporation-India as a Web Solutions Associate. It was there that he developed a deep interest in HR, NLP, Behavioral Science, Organizational Development, Employee Engagement, Relationship Management, and Business HR. Currently, Ameya serves as the Group Head of Human Resources for Carnival Group, a diversified conglomerate in Mumbai. He also has a joint responsibility for the P&L of two businesses in Dairy and Skilling. In his role, he provides strategic leadership to Carnival Group and oversees HR management-related roles from initiating, developing, operationalizing, and implementing HR policies and processes. Ameya's previous assignments include roles with Mahindra and Mahindra, Kanakia Group-Mumbai (Real estate leader), HDFC AMC Carnival Group, and Famy Group. He is passionate about helping people and believes that life is beautiful and everything is always supremely well. To this end, he created a WhatsApp community called "HR Jobs," which helps HR professionals get their dream roles. The core purpose of the community is to match roles with souls. Ameya is a firm believer in God and a devout follower of his spiritual teacher Dr. Aniruddha Joshi. He is also a fitness enthusiast and has a deep inclination towards spirituality.
